1.write external storage permission : used to save capturing picture.

我们收集了什么用户数据
APP 本身没有收集用户数据的功能要求
The App doesn't collect personal data.
但是我们为了优化APP，在APP异常的时候会提交一些数据到第三方公司
But We Submit some phone data to three part company
1. 我们会提交用户的手机类型，APP异常时的代码记录。但是不包含用户具体产生的数据，如抓拍下的图片。
1. We submit your phone model ，and the app code crash log for debuging exclude your pic or video.
